Your Oralware account may still display credit updates periodically — especially when additional credits are added — but PlaniMax will always reflect your active balance.

1. How do I get credits?

You can purchase credit packs directly from the Oralware Shop. After checkout, your credits will be recorded in your account automatically.

2. When are my credits activated?

Credits are activated after your payment is confirmed. We sync your credit balance to PlaniMax by the next business day.

3. Which system shows the correct balance?

Your PlaniMax account shows your official credit balance. Oralware may display your most recent recharge, but PlaniMax reflects usage and active credit totals.

4. Why is my Oralware credit number different from PlaniMax?

This is expected. Oralware credits are synced periodically for reference. PlaniMax shows your real-time balance and is the system used for actual service usage.
